Core Stretch
Improve your flexibility, joint mobility, and overall range of motion with our new mobility and stretch class. In this session, you'll focus on stretching and joint ‘maintenance’ exercises that target major muscle groups, alleviate muscle tightness and pain, and enhance postural alignment. If you often feel ‘tight’ or sore or are worried about our deep you can squat, then this class is perfect for you.

MRT
This is a metabolic weight training class for fat loss. This class works the muscles while tasking the heart as well to render maximum calorie burn during and after the session.

Box Camp

Led by our experienced trainers, this class combines boxing techniques, cardio exercises, and core strengthening movements to provide a full-body workout. StrongNation
Full body workout which combines high intensity interval training to perfectly synced music. This is a choreographed aerobics class - movements are synced to particular beats and rhythms to achieve better form and control.

Kettlebell Conditioning
The kettlebell is a very versatile piece of equipment and it is designed in such a way that it enables us to perform functional exercises that mimic our real-life activities. This also makes it ideal for improving overall strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination while getting a total body workout.
